From athletes across different sports to everyday gym-goers, group classes and individuals with personal strength targets, everyone can benefit from strength training.
The knowledge you will gain from the BWL Strength Coach courses will enable you to train individuals or groups to improve their strength regardless of their experience in the gym.
Learn to coach strength, power and conditioning to the very highest standard using the core techniques and skills we have developed through our extensive knowledge of Olympic Weightlifting.

LEVEL 2
This is an entry level course for aspiring coaches in weightlifting. It is aimed at anyone aged 16 or over, who is new to coaching but has some knowledge of the sport and would like to learn how to apply that in a coaching environment.
LEVEL 3
If you hold your Level 1 Award in Coaching Olympic Weightlifting and currently work under the supervision of a more qualified coach, completing your Level 2 certificate is your next step in career progression.
LEVEL 4
The Level 4 Strength and Conditioning (S&C) qualification has been designed for aspiring strength and conditioning coaches, with the ambition of providing high-quality S&C support to athletes of all abilities.
LEVEL 2 & 3
If you want to progress quickly through the coaching stages you can book Level 2 and Level 3 combined.
